2611 scanned prostate biopsies from 460 patient cases sampled between 2015 and 2018. Annotation of clinical metadata and treatment decisions made in connection with biopsy sampling exist on case-level. Roughly 35% of the biopsies contain cancer. In-image annotations exists in macro images the form of ink markings from the clinical workflow.

Annotation
The cases are annotated with clinical data relevant for the treatment decision and the following treatment decision made in conjunction with the biopsy sampling. Each image is given an identifier which can be connected to the case by the case mapping file. Clinical data and treatment decisions have been extracted by manual medical records search. The information about treatment is what has been noted in conjunction with the diagnosis. Some cases contain missing data in some of the fields as the data wasn’t available. Some of the biopsies are resliced versions of another biopsy belonging to the same case. Together with the images macro-images of the biopsies exist with localized annotation of gleason grade and cancer detection as provided in the clinical workflow.

Subject: Requesting access to dataset doi:10.23698/aida/sprob20
Hi!
I work at INSTITUTION in COUNTRY, emailing from my institutional account.
I would like to access the dataset doi:10.23698/aida/sprob20, for use in ethical and legal medical diagnostics research. Could you please send me a data sharing agreement template?
Our planned use of the data can be summarized as:
BRIEF_DESCRIPTION_OF_PLANNED_ACTIVITIES
Dataset: https://datahub.aida.scilifelab.se/10.23698/aida/sprob20
Example agreement template: https://datahub.aida.scilifelab.se/sharing/templates/
Template placeholders:
Name of research PI ("Recipient Scientist"): PI_NAME (cc here)
Title of research PI: PI_TITLE (ph d or better, in relevant field)
Name of institution: INSTITUTION_NAME
Name of department: DEPARTMENT_NAME
Institution postal address: POSTAL_ADDRESS
Name of authorized signatory: SIGNATORY_NAME (cc here)
Title of authorized signatory: SIGNATORY_TITLE
Also, I would like to ALTERNATIVELY_WOULD_NOT_LIKE_TO be included in the public record of data sharing facilitated by AIDA:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fl2BwZJ4rivOKzOCy5pAnxU8N1CyoF86BTCnH-rBV04
which is used to facilitate scientific discussion, and to show what good AIDA has been to the global research community.
(If "not", then only institution/department information will be included.)
